NDP majority in B.C.



Toronto, October 23rd – In a random sampling of public opinion taken by The Forum Poll™ among 1314 British Columbia voters, among those decided and leaning a little over 4-in-10 (43.4%) will vote NDP, compared to approximately a third who will vote Liberal (33.9%).

 

The Greens command a little less than a fifth of the vote (17.9%).

 

Few say they will support another party (4.8%).



NDP to command a decisive share of seats


The NDP are projected to form a majority government with 56 of the 87 seats in the legislature, while the Liberals are projected to capture 26 seats. 


The Green party is projected to take 4 seats, with the remaining seat expected to go to another party.
