Majority want raccoons euthanized

In a random sampling of public opinion taken by the Forum Poll™ among 931 Toronto voters, the majority (53%) approve of the idea of humanely euthanizing raccoons to control their population, while just more than a quarter disagree (27%). One fifth have no opinion (19%).

In a random sampling of public opinion taken by the Forum Poll™ among 1229 Ontario voters, 4-in-10 would vote Liberal if an election were held today (39%), and one third would vote PC (32%), and these results are almost the same as those obtained by the two parties in the recent election (39% and 31%, respectively).

In a random sampling of public opinion taken by the Forum Poll™ among 1798 Canadian voters, just more than 4-in-10 will vote Liberal in the next election (41%), giving the party a nine point lead over the Conservatives (32%). This is in comparison to last month at this time when the spread was sixteen points (July 19, 2014 - Liberals - 44%, Conservatives - 28%).
