Wong-Tam Cruising to Big Win

Toronto, October 16th – In a random sampling of public opinion taken by The Forum Poll™ among 405 Toronto Centre voters, amongst those decided and leaning, incumbent Krystyn Wong-Tam sees support from half (52%).

 

Former MPP George Smitherman sees support from about one-quarter (22%).

 

About 1 in 10 (9%) are supporting incumbent councilor Lucy Troisi or another candidate (9%).

 

Few are supporting Jon Callegher (5%), Barbara Lavoie (2%), or Jonathan Heath (1%).

 

Keesmaat and Tory roughly even

Tory’s support (48%) is about even with Keesmaat (44%) in Toronto Centre.

About 1 in 10 (7%) Toronto Centre voters say they are supporting one of the other candidates.
