One half want speed limits on 400 hwys increased

TORONTO JULY 3rd, 2014 - In a random sampling of public opinion taken by the Forum Poll™ among 810 Ontario voters three weeks after the provincial election, 4-in-10 now approve of the performance of Premier Wynne (41%), up from just more than a third before the election (June 9 - 36%).
